Who is responsible for the linens?
Southern Waters Cleaning FAQ
How am I billed for services?
What if something happens after hours?
Initially you are responsible for supplying two complete sets of linen for your unit. We have a mandatory linen pool that your two initial sets will be put in. For an annual fee, we maintain and replace those linens as needed to ensure that your unit always has nice bright white linens for your guests. All laundry is sent to a professional laundry facility and returned rolled and pressed.
Southern Waters Cleaning takes special care to understand the unique needs of each of our clients to design custom solutions that exceed expectations.
We are proud of the work we do and would like to share these frequently asked questions.

How do you know when to clean my unit?
If you are a private owner not using any scheduling software, then you will need to provide us your arrival and departure dates via e-mail. Typically we ask for your reservations as you receive them to ensure we have them on our schedule. However, we do have the availability to take care of your last minute or same day add ons.
